Why does the information on some of the pages appear to be scrambled?
If you have visited our web site in the past, your internet browser may be storing an older version of the page in the browser's cache.
The solution is to bypass the cache or clear out your Temporary Internet Files.
To bypass your browser's cache so that the
entire page is re-loaded, go to the web page that appears scrambled and do the following:
For Internet Explorer: Hold the
Ctrl key and press F5, or hold the Ctrl key and click on the refresh button.
For Firefox: Press both the Shift
and Ctrl keys and then press R. On an Apple Mac, use the Command key instead of Ctrl.
For Safari: Hold down the Command
key and press R. For Version 2 or older, hold down the Command and Shift keys and press R.
Alternatively, follow your
internet browser's instructions for completely clearing the cache.
